Sai Ram from Germany

Dear Ted, I would like to thank you (also on behalf of my wife) for this great, inspired, soulful interviews - for the work and the time you and your wife invest in this undertaking!

This has been a great idea of yours. My wife (36) and I (40) live both with our children (2,5 and 5) in Germany.

We had last year the gift to see Swami for a last time. In fact he fulfilled our heart's wish that our beloved children got his darshan.

Nowadays, when we are stressed or just the spiritual hunger gets stronger my wife and I (after having brought the kids in their beds to sleep), search for your channel and listen to one of the interviews. For us these are like spiritual lessons, hearing to the personal spiritual experiences of each of the person you talked to. And then it is wonderful to realize divinity in diversity. It is really a great service and gift for mankind what you both are doing with this project.

Thank you very much! I wish you all the best, many greetings from a gray and rainy evening from the other side of the world, Düsseldorf (near Colone).

Your videos are a wonderful service to all.    Some people do not have computers and are unable to enjoy the videos.   Is it possible, and permissable to download them to a disk via the computer so that we can show them to others.   If yes then how do we do it?

Please keep up the wonderful work that you do.

Geoff & Ann,

EDITOR'S NOTE:  Of course it is permissible.  There are no restrictions on any of the videos that are found on Souljourns.  The process of downloading is increasingly easy to do.  Not knowing what kind of computer you have, my suggestion would be to go to Google Search and ask: How do I download videos from Youtube onto my (name and model) computer.  Sai Ram

Ted Henry has been a Television journalist for more than 40 years. In 2009 he retired from WEWS-TV, the ABC network affiliate in Cleveland, Ohio, USA where among his many duties,he presented a weekly news report on spirituality called, "Heart and Soul". These video accounts were always intended to pursue those most interested in learning about the purpose of their being and their truest identity. Eventually these spiritual explorations led to Ted's work with Souljourns.

Because he's a journalist with a long standing interest in spirituality, Ted and his wife, Jody Cleary have traveled extensively for the past 19 years conducting long form video interviews with reputed "Holy" people. Many of these interviews are with followers of Holy Man, Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Other stories are about noted spiritual figures and local and global individuals who have compelling personal stories to share.

The stories reported within these interviews nearly always embody the important eastern spiritual concept of advaita, oneness, non-duality. Those interviewed include Muslims, Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists and non believers as well.

Ted and Jody work as a team seeking and locating people whose lives have been transformed by mystical, religious or spiritual pursuit. Thus far they have recorded more than a hundred and twenty interviews, many or which they hope to post here. Watch for them, they will likely be under the banner of: Souljourns.

One of the purposes here is to include comments and lessons from spiritual minded people who demonstrate minimal ego and maximum humility, compassion, understanding, peace and love.

In their dozens of trips abroad, as well as around America, Ted and Jody have found many individuals whose stories of devotion and spiritual seeking are inspiring, loving and transformative.

(These interviews and talks are strictly independent and NOT a part of any official organization)
The opinions expressed are those of the person being interviewed. Souljourns does not necessarily endorse opinions of interviewees in past, present or future.

Your feedback, comments or suggestions for future interviews are always welcome. You can leave them here or write Ted at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
